How to delete my account

You can delete your account directly from the app/platform by following these steps:
Log in
Go to Profile
Scroll down and select Delete Account
When you begin the deletion process, you will be asked to verify your identity using a temporary code sent to your registered mobile number or email ID.
Important information about account deletion:
To protect your rights and data, you will have XX days to change your mind after submitting a deletion request. If you log in again during this period or contact us to cancel the request, your account will be restored.
Once this window expires, your deletion request will be processed as follows:
If you are part of an ongoing or active program, your request will be sent to the official Approver of the relevant Implementation Organisation (IO). You will be informed if it is approved or rejected.
If approved, your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after XX days.
If rejected, you must directly engage with the IO to resolve the matter. We do not get involved in such decisions and will act only on official instructions from the IO.
If you are not part of any ongoing or active program, your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after XX days.
As per our Privacy Policy, certain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
